7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. - Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
- Breakfast is available at deDaara Eateries or via in-room dining from 7am to 11am.
- Daily cocktails are available at deDaara Eateries from 3pm to 7pm.
- The shuttle operates five times a day from 9am. Pick-up/drop-off point is Ubud Palace. Bookings in advance are recommended.
- Morning trek through the rice paddy field begins at 7am and is on request. Booking in advance is required.
- 60-minute massages are a choice of either a bamboo massage, traditional Balinese massage, herbal compress, muscle tension release or fancy footwork treatment.
- The 90-minute massage is a choice of either a traditional Balinese massage or a muscle tension release massage.
- Please note that all massage treatments need to be pre-booked in advance.
Return or One-Way Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print
Includes: A return or one-way (see package) private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
- You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase. Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
- Rates are per car, one way.
- A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
- An infant seat can be booked at IDR35,000 per seat, each way or guests may bring their own.
- The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
