ANA InterContinental Tokyo sits in Minato, one of Tokyo’s most central and well-connected districts. The hotel forms a part of the ARK Hills building complex, with Hie Shrine, Roppongi’s nightlife and the Mori Art Museum all close by. Tokyo Tower and Shiba Park are easily reached on foot, while nearby metro stations connect you to the rest of the city, including Ginza, Shibuya and Shinjuku. The hotel is located approximately a 20-minute drive from Haneda Airport (HND). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

Buffet dinner inclusion: The buffet dinner at Cascade Cafe is not available on 24, 25 & 31 December 2025 and 1 January 2025.
Late checkout inclusion: The 2pm late checkout is not available on 8 May 2026 due to planned electrical inspections.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. - One buffet dinner at Cascade Cafe per package is available from 5pm to 9pm, with last entry at 7.30pm. The dinner is not available on 24, 25 and 31 December 2025 and 1 January 2026.

- The hotel will be closed from 12pm on 8 May to 12pm on 9 May 2026 due to planned electrical inspections, with no overnight stays on 8 May and checkout by 11am. Club InterContinental Lounge Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)
- Guests can choose to have breakfast at Club InterContinental Lounge from 8am to 11am.
- Nightly two hours of free-flow cocktails with canapes at Club InterContinental Lounge is served 5.30pm to 7.30pm.
- Daily afternoon tea at Club InterContinental Lounge is served 2pm to 4pm.
- For the Tokyobike experience, guests are required to contact Club InterContinental to reserve a bike at their preferred time. Bikes are limited and may not be available at all times.
