Amazing place with amazing services . They are friendly , always smiling and want to help you as well always available to answer your questions . The food is amazing at the restaurants , the hotel is clean . It’s well kept . The bed is comfortable, I would say the only inconvenient is it is far from the downtown Kyoto but you have the shuttle bus of the hotel connecting with the airport , then you can take the rapid train. There is also a shuttle to the downtown Narita very convenient. The rooms will probably need an update in the next few years but they are comfortable and well equipped for your staying . Thank you to your team and I will definitely come back again ! 😃☀️

Noisy hotel due to airplanes fly by. Furniture is very worn. Concierge were excellent as well as front desk. Cleaning staff constantly Left Dirty coffee mugs each day. Pool is good. I e stayed at other hotels in the area which were same price point but better. This is primarily a airplane crew hotel.

Had a long layover in NRT and booked here. Short complementary bus ride to the hotel and check in was fast and efficient. Not sure if you could walk there as you would have to traverse a major highway. The room itself was pretty basic and is in need of updating soon. However for the purpose of getting rest it was good enough. The area is very quiet. Really like the fact there was a Family Mart in the hotel lobby. Breakfast was included with the room rate. It was very good. It seems like all Japanese hotels have excellent breakfast, cannot go wrong opting in for it. Would I stay again? Perhaps.

Stayed there for a night before our flight home. While the hotel looked nice from the outside, I found the rooms to be very dated and worn down, I don’t think they’ve been updated and likely looks like how it did from when it was first built. There was a smell to the rooms, like stale cigarette smoke mixed with something else. There were stains or mold in the grout around a few of the bathroom tiles. Did like that they had a Family Mart in the lobby as there were hardly any food options nearby besides the hotel restaurants which were closed by the time we arrived at night. There is a pool but again, pretty dated. The hotel does offer shuttle service which is convenient, and its close proximity to the airport is a big plus. The staff were very nice and helpful.
