Step into the rich Sicilian heritage of the town of Mazara del Vallo, perched overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, just a 10-minute drive away. Guests are perfectly positioned to visit the Kasbah fortress, the old town or nearby natural wonders. The hotel is located approximately a 60-minute drive from Palermo’s Falcone Borsellino Airport (PMO). Airport transfers are not included in your package; please plan accordingly.

City Tax: Please note a EUR3 city tax per person(10+), per night applies, payable directly to the hotel for the first five nights.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Beautiful spa, not suitable for large indoor lunches (more than 100 people); the room is too loud and deafening. The room with its trussed roof is not suitable at all; it is not equipped with sound-absorbing panels.

It's a magical place, a paradise on earth, worthy of a dedicated visit or a select stopover. Whether it's a one-night stay or a longer stay, it will be wonderful. The vibrant nature, the extensive service of bars, restaurants, spas, and pools, the friendly staff, and the experiences inside and out make it a unique and unforgettable place. Also recommended for its sublime cuisine and for stopping and "resetting." Whether you want to unwind, recharge, or reconnect: it's here. And from here you can reach prestigious wineries, enchanting salt pans, temples, cities of rare elegance (Trapani, Mazzara del Vallo), endless places (Cretto di Burri, the temples of Segesta and Selinunte), and a regenerating nature.

Absolutely stunning hotel and we enjoyed our stay. The rooms were perfect, and the grounds were beautiful and very well kept. The spa was awesome. Room for improvement in the food - the dinner just wasn’t great. We tried many dishes and nothing that we truly enjoyed. At the pool bar I ordered a pizza and they substituted the basil for mint. Strange choice. Mint? - if they didn’t have basil they just should have told me they were out. It wouldn’t have been good anyway. Something was going on with the sewer too - when we visited the spa the whole ground floor smelled like sewer gas just enough to notice but we enjoyed the spa anyway. The staff came off a little cold, but polite.

Broken TV screen upon arrival, which caused a cut on your finger. Staff responded quickly to replace it. Severe mosquito problem: 38 bites on second night, causing sleeplessness and discomfort for the rest of the stay. Issue was only addressed on the second-to-last night. Floodlight near the balcony attracted mosquitoes. Staff response to adjust the light led to smoke and fire hazard concerns. Late delivery of anti-fly dispenser, spray, and cream. Poor bar and restaurant service: Limited bar menu. Frozen drinks machine out of order throughout the stay. Staff spoke very little English, were inattentive and at times rude. Perceived prioritization of native guests over others. Transportation issues: Expensive taxi rides required for every outing. Conversations with other guests revealed shared dissatisfaction. Hotel shuttle service only ran during hours when shops/restaurants were closed. Forced to adapt by using the return shuttle at 7:30 PM and paying for own taxi back. Misleading beach advertising: Website/social media promoted an "exclusive Sicilian glimpse" — turned out false. Hotel in a dispute over beach access; sent to a dirty, overcrowded beach instead. Driver dropped guests off and left until pickup time. Alternative beach (Monnalisa Beach) was cleaner but still not 5-star standard. Spa experience: Spa facilities were high-quality. Massages were poor (2-star level), uninspired, and overpriced. Noise issues: Loud wedding music on the last night until 1 AM. Multiple complaints ignored. False promise of fireworks at midnight (actually occurred at 1 AM). Disappointing breakfast: Limited and repetitive selection. Additional menu items came with extra charges, unusual for a 5-star hotel. Overall dissatisfaction: Series of avoidable issues ruined your first family holiday. Resort not family-friendly and does not meet 5-star standards. Offered only a €100 discount as compensation, felt insulting and insufficient. Strongly advise others to avoid the hotel for a more pleasant and hassle-free experience.
