7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily a la carte breakfast is served at Ankhusa restaurant from 7.30am to 10.30am.
• Daily choice of lunch or dinner is a selection of one main course and one dessert, available at Ankhusa restaurant.
• Lunch is available from 12pm to 4pm and dinner is available from 6pm to 8.30pm.
• The included spa treatment is a Balinese massage and must be booked in advance.
• Massages can be redeemed at Svaha Spa between 9am and 9pm.
• The afternooon tea is available at Ankhusa restaurant from 3.30pm to 4.30pm.
• Afternoon tea is inclusive of tea or coffee, a small sweet cake or snack.
• The daily shuttle to Ubud Centre departs at 9am, 11am, 2pm and 4pm. The drrop and pick up point is Dalem Puri Ubud.
• Departure times are 9.45am, 11.45am, 2.45pm and 4.45pm. Times are subject to change and availability.
• The daily cocktail is available from a select menu at Ankhusa Restaurant & Bar at any time during the bars’ opening hours.
• Daily yoga is available each day at 7.30am in the resort’s Yoga Venue. Pre-booking is required.
• The floating breakfast (select packages only) need to be booked at least one day in advance.
• Floating breakfast will be served in-villa and consists of two drinks, a selection of breads, coffee and tea and one plate of fruit.
• Guests seeking motorbike or tour bookings should inform staff in advance to avoid disappointment.
• The nightly show is performed at the restaurant at 8pm.

Private Arrival Airport Transfer Inclusions & Fine Print:

• Includes: A one-way private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase.
• Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
• Rates are per car, one way.
• A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
• An infant seat can be booked at IDR$35,000 per seat, each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
