Stayed at room 54 for 7 days. Room was nicely done up with fairly recent renovations done. But already signs of abuse from the previous tenants on a small area of the countertop and the temperature controls. But everything else is great. Washer and dryer work well. Both ovens and fridge (yes, it's appropriately cold) had no issues. But we couldn't figure out the dishwasher, which wasn't a dealbreaker since we handwash our dishes anyway. A couple tabs of detergent was provided under the kitchenette sink along wish some dishwashing liquid and a sponge. If you're staying longer, worth buying a small box or bottle of detergent for your stay. Mattresses and sheets were brand new. Note: housekeeping is done after the third NIGHT, not DAY. Definitely an improvement over the past reviews. They still have some minor work being done on the lower levels, but nothing too inconvenient aside from longer elevator waiting times. Location is hard to beat for what you pay. Murray and Hay street malls are steps away and the Perth Train station and cultural museums are 5 minutes across the junction. Plenty of food options around the place for all dietary needs (Halal, Vegan, Asian, etc.), Croff across the street is a worthwhile stop as well. Overall one of the better options out there in Perth CBD.

Stayed for 8 nights March/April, was overpriced for the quality - definetly not 4 star. Will avoid this and adina properties in the future. Air con only cooled the living area of 2 bedroom apartment, bedrooms were stifling with noisy ceiling fans the only form of cooling. 2nd bedroom has no window. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired, carpet is disgusting walking in bare feet resulted in very dirty feet. Wiped kitchen floor with disinfectant wipes - they were filthy when finished. Within 24 hours of checking in my 21mth old twin grandsons were vomiting - probably due to germs in the apartment. Called reception to advise needed clean bedding and for soiled linens to be taken away. Was advised clean linen would be sent up and the soiled linens removed when house keeping came in the next day. Fortunately the lovely chap who brought the linen kindly provided a garbage bag for soiled items and took them away. Due to vomiting we were changing the bed,  the mattresses and bed base were not clean. Parking was horrendous, narrow alleyway, had to move large garbage bins on several occassions to exit the carpark. Would not walk outside after dark. Undesirable location, particularly with young family. Not a pleasant place to stay at all.

Do not recommend anyone to stay here. We had some cash went missing, even tho it wasn’t much but that happened. Don’t get me started on the terrible car park, the room card and lifts. The card and the sensor for accessing the lifts/room/card park is just horribly outdated and it doesn’t always work. So yes, you will get stuck in the lift. Paid for $30 per night for the car park and we have checked out the place about a week ago, still waiting for our invoice from the car park fee. Management don’t seem to care at all, because if anyone does would have checked the email and would at least fix the sensor for the cards! Stay somewhere else, because it’s not worth taking risk to ruin your trip in Perth!
