The hotel is located approximately a 45-minute drive from Brindisi Airport (BDS). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

  • Daily buffet breakfast is served at Carlo V Restaurant from 7am to 10am.
  • One-time three-course dinner is served at Gian Giacomo Restaurant from 7:30pm to 10pm. Drinks are not included.
  • Upon check-in, guests will receive a voucher to redeem a glass of Prosecco or a non-alcoholic beverage at Rock Bar, open from 10am to 11pm.
  • The included EUR100 credit per package can be used at Rock Bar from 6pm to 8pm. It can also be used on beach services, including a return shuttle service to Ultimate Spiaggia Lido, a sun umbrella, two sunbeds and one towel per person. Please consult reception on arrival for shuttle times.
  • The included massage (select packages only) is a 25-minute relaxing treatment with essential oils. Advance reservation is not required.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

  • Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.
