Gather friends for a private wine tasting accompanied by a selection of cheese in the beautiful Trophy Room and uncover why De Bortoli stands among Australia’s most celebrated wineries. Next, tour the winemaking facilities, where you’ll be invited to sip wines straight from barrels and tanks. Conclude your visit with a delectable three-course Italian meal, perfectly paired with wines to enhance each bite.

- Private hosted experience in Trophy Room for wine and cheese tasting
- Tour of the De Bortoli winemaking facility
- Italian-inspired three-course meal with matched wines
- Available: Monday, Thursday & Friday: 10am booking time. Total duration is approximately three hours
- Note: Guided winery tours will not take place during the vintage season (1 February – 31 April 2025)
