Toast to your indulgence with tea or coffee, a glass of sparkling wine or – for a dash of extra extravagance – upgrade to keep the bubbles free-flowing.

- Hazelnut pumpkin paris-brest, pumpkin diplomat, maple chantilly and candied hazelnut
- Chestnut chocolate bite with Valrhona Macae mousse, cassis jelly, chestnut cake
