Sydney: Four-Course Degustation in a Private Dining Dome Overlooking the Harbour with Cocktail on Arrival

Take in panoramic views of the Sydney Opera House and the Harbour Bridge from a unique perspective in a private dining dome as you’re treated to a four-course banquet-style degustation at Luna Lu. Located in Sydney’s iconic Campbells Cove, this AGFG Chef-Hatted restaurant offers the perfect setting for any occasion. You’ll each be greeted with a welcome cocktail on arrival to share a toast before beginning your pan-Asian shared degustation. Luna Lu’s menu has been carefully designed to take you on a sensory journey through Modern Asia, with each element inspired by opulence and masterful culinary techniques. After your dining experience ends, continue to soak up the views and watch the world swirl past from your dining dome.

  • Dining Dome use for two hours
  • Available: Monday – Thursday: Sittings at 12pm–2pm, 2.30pm–4.30pm, 5pm–7pm and 7.30pm–9.30pm

Sample Shared Degustation Menu:

  • Course One:
    • Appellation Oysters: Premium grade fresh oysters from Merimbula served natural or with Caviar Oscietra and finger lime
  • Course Two:
    • Hiramasa Kingfish Sashimi Mosaic: White miso from Kyoto, oscietra caviar, yuzu and ginger dressing
    • Hokkaido Scallop Sashimi: Cashew nut puree, pickled daikon, dashi, buttermilk parsley oil and Yarra Valley salmon caviar
  • Course Three:
    • Glacier 51 Toothfish: 150g Glacier Heard Island, QLD Toothfish, Green curry and English spinach emulsion, squid ink, snake beans and black cabbage
    • Seafood Candied Fried Rice: XO Hokkaido scallops, king prawns, beetroot puree, pickle cabbage and ginger
    • Peking Duck Luna Style: Golden crispy premium duck infused with luxe Chinese rose wine, daikon,fresh scallions, 24 hr tamarind jus and tuscan kale
  • Course Four:
    • Chef’s selection of shared desserts
