• Available: Wednesday – Saturday: Departs 8am; returns 5.30pm (approximately)
• Not valid: Sunday – Tuesday
• Bookings valid to 31 March 2024
• Pick-up/Drop-off point: Return transfers available from Port Douglas. Please advise of accommodation location at time of booking. Your pick-up time will be confirmed 24 hours prior to your tour
• Please ensure you are at your pick-up location no later than the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

• Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)
• Please note any dietary requirements. Gluten free or vegetarian lunch and lactose free cheese available on request
• Please allow up to 9.5 hours for this experience, including travel time
• This tour is recommended for adults aged 18+. However, older teenagers aged 15+ may be able to participate in this experience and will be charged the adult rate

Terms & Conditions:

• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues

Cancellations:

• A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for a FULL refund due to any COVID related illness or border closures. Any bookings cancelled within 24 hours, a refund will only be considered on receipt of a medical certificate.
• Charters:
  • A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for a full refund
  • If cancelled in 24 hours prior to departure: A 50% cancellation fee applies
  • Less than 24 hours prior to departure: A 100% cancellation fee applies
  • The operator reserves the right to cancel a tour with a full refund if minimum numbers are not met

Changes to Booking:

• 24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
