Cancellations

• Refund requests are at the discretion of Helicraft. If a reschedule date doesn’t exist, guests will be placed on a waitlist for an alternative date

• Transfers are not included, however, a luxury vehicle transfer to and from your Melbourne CBD accommodation or equivalent distance from Moorabbin Airport (approximately 25km) is available upon request for a surcharge of A$249 return, per car

• If weather prohibits flying, guests will be offered an alternative date to reschedule
• One child (under 3) may be booked to travel free of charge if seated on a guardian’s lap. Weight restrictions apply. Restricted to one infant per flight. Children (3+) pay full fare
• Rates are per person. Minimum two people required to fly. Maximum number of guests per helicopter is three. Please note: if the experience does not reach the minimum number of guests, guests will be offered an alternative date
