When you book an arrival transfer, you’ll receive a warm welcome from a representative holding a Luxury Escapes sign and taken to your accommodation. For hotel to airport transfers, your dedicated driver will escort you from the hotel lobby to the airport before sending you on your way. - Valid for up to three passengers or up to six passengers, as selected

- Available for a standard sedan (up to three passengers) or van (up to six passengers)
- One-way deluxe transfers from selected Hanoi accommodation to Noi Bai International Airport (HAN) (Departure) OR Noi Bai International Airport Airport (HAN) to selected Hanoi accommodation (Arrival)
- Basic/sufficient English-speaking driver
- Airport parking fees and any toll fees
- A 330ml bottle of water per person
- Available on request. Overtime surcharge from VND210,000 per transfer applies for transfers between 12am–5am
- Note: Infant or child seats are available on request for a surcharge from US$5 per car per seat per trip
