• Children under 2 may attend free of charge but will not be guaranteed their own seat – please advise at the time of booking
• Please note: NO flash photography is permitted during the Penguin Parade
• Accessibility: Local Way Tours can meet most disabilities or accessibility needs – if you are unsure, please clarify with them prior to booking. Unfortunately, those restricted to a wheelchair are unable to attend this tour
• Please allow four hours for the duration of this tour. You will be returned to your accommodation after the penguins have arrived

• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Vehicle subject to change depending on availability
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues
• The tour will not wait for late arrivals, and you will be considered a no-show and ineligible for a refund
• Eating and drinking is not permitted on the tour bus. Local Way Tours reserves the right to deny entry to any person who is, or intends to be, eating or drinking on the vehicle. Permission may be granted for this before boarding the vehicle, but this is at the discretion of the driver on the day, who in turn is supported by Local Way Tours
• In any instance where a traveller is denied entry or removed from tour, Local Way Tours accepts no responsibility for this, and no refund will be provided. In this instance, Local Way Tours has no responsibility, fiscal or otherwise, for your return to the initial starting point or any other forward location
