Availability:

• WhiteWater World operates seasonally and may not be open during your Gold Coast stay
• Passes are valid for unlimited entry for duration of accommodation package OR up to 14 days from first use (whichever comes first)

Operating Hours (subject to change:)

• Dreamworld: Monday – Thursday: 10.30am–4pm; Friday: 10.30am–5pm; Saturday and Sunday: 10am–5pm
• Observation Skypoint Deck: every day: 7:30am–9pm
• WhiteWater World: select dates: 10am–5pm (subject to seasonal operating calendar September 12th 2026 - April 2027)

• Child policy: Aged 3–13. Children aged 2 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult/guardian aged 18+
• All maintenance dates and opening hours are tentative only and subject to change, particularly during inclement weather
• Physical restrictions (including height, weight and age) may apply on some rides and attractions for safety or operational reasons. Please refer to displayed signage, website or Guest Services for specific details
• Riders must be in good health and free from any potentially adverse medical conditions. You should seek medical advice if uncertain
• Guests with pre-existing medical conditions, injuries or disabilities should refer to displayed signage or our website for specific details and present to Park Health before attending any of our rides, slides and attractions to determine specific ride suitability
• Further specific restrictions may be displayed throughout the park via signage announcements and or staff communication, you must obey these
• Partial refunds do not apply if entry to attractions or activities were possible but guests choose not to proceed, did not redeem during the validity phase, or were ineligible due to failure to meet minimum requirements
• Attraction availability is subject to change

15% Food & Beverage Discount:

• 15% Discount is one-time use per ticket at participating Dreamworld outlets
• The 15% discount applies only to these select food and beverage outlets, including purchases made through the Chewzie online ordering system, and is limited to Dreamworld
• Participating Vendors include: Food Central, Kenny’s Pizzeria, Green Bean Coffee Co., Presto Café, Jane’s Rivertown Restaurant, The Sandwich Shop, and Ice Cream Parlour.
• Retail stores including Lego and Dreamworld Night Markets are excluded.
• Each barcode or entry ticket entitles the guest to just one discounted transaction.

Cancellations:

• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable after booking

Changes to Booking:

• No changes are permitted
