Things don’t always work out, so enjoy peace of mind knowing that the following cancellation options are available to you.

• From 2 days before your chosen date, onwards - Non-refundable
• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 2 days before your chosen date) - 100%
• 100% cancellation fee applies to cancellations received within 48 hours of scheduled departure time
• No refunds for late cancellations, late arrivals or no-shows

Changes to Booking

• 48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

Important:

• Child ticket valid for ages 4–14; adult ticket valid for ages 15+
• Passengers aged under 4 are not permitted
• All tours are subject to weather and tidal conditions and may be cancelled at the discretion of Paradise Jet Boating or Aquaduck for passenger and staff safety
• Routes are subject to change depending on weather conditions and accessibility. Route description has been provided as an example only
• Please note: Passengers are not able to take any personal items onboard for safety reasons. Locked storage boxes will be available to store your personal belongings prior to your ride
• The Aquaduck tour is operated by Aquaduck Gold Coast, located in Surfers Paradise. Aquaduck tours will be scheduled for the next available session after your Jet Boat session

• Maximum purchase limit of four per person applies
