Things don’t always work out, so enjoy peace of mind knowing that the following cancellation options are available to you.

• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 1 day before your chosen date) - 100% Cancellations

• Cancellations may be made up to 24 hours before Day 1 of multi-day packages for a full refund

• Cancellations made within the 24-hour period before Day 1 of your multi-day package: no refund will be issued

• Rebooking fee of $50 may apply

• Passengers will need to bring on the day: water bottle, hat, comfortable shoes, sunscreen, towel, swimming costume, camera, extra cash for a drink at lunch or an ice-cream on the way home
• Some tours are not suitable for wheelchairs
• Please advise if vegetarians at time of booking
• Itinerary may be subject to change due to weather conditions in the wet season
• Billy Tea Safaris will provide baby seats or booster seat for all children aged up to 7 - please advise upon booking
• Any excess amount and additional transfer fees are payable directly to Billy Tea Safaris
